We expect original contributions or short versions of already published works on the following topics:
Locomotion learning
Active perception for locomotion
Multimodal sensing for locomotion
Multimodal gaits and gait switching
Safety in locomotion
Innovative embodiments for locomotion
Bioinspired locomotion
High-level locomotion behaviors
Paper submission deadline: 27 October 2024 23:59 AoE 15 October 2024
Author notification: 1 November 2024
Camera-ready version: 6 November 2024
Workshop: 9 November 2024
We accept both paper and demo submissions
Submission through Openreview
The review process will not have a rebuttal. Authors will be directly notified of the final decision and review feedback
The workshop has no proceedings, but we will host the accepted papers on the website
Submitting a short version of works already accepted/submitted to other conferences is possible.
We will have a "best paper" and "best demo" award at the workshop.
We expect 4-page long papers using the CoRL 2024 template available here
Submissions are double-blind
The authors may add an arbitrary number of pages for references, appendices, and acknowledgments
We encourage the authors to avoid using these extra pages to extend the paper's content but provide technical details, such as parameters, experiment descriptions, and additional results. Papers that violate this rule may be desk-rejected
In case of presentation of an already existing work, we encourage the authors to create a self-contained, 4-page long version of the paper
We expect 1-page long descriptions of the demo using the CoRL 2024 template available here
Submissions are single-blind
The paper should describe the demo, the hardware, and the required amount of space
